UK CUSTOMERS: We post all our items via FIRST class delivery within 1-2 days of receiving cleared payment ensuring that you do not have to wait any longer for your new purchase. If you do require your fab new purchase even sooner than this we can offer you an express next day delivery for £7.99. Typically if orders are placed before 1pm, you will be guaranteed delivery before 1pm the following day.

This service is the fastest available so you don’t have to wait to receive your fab new purchase! Expected delivery is 3-5 working days of receiving cleared payment.
We use Royal Mail to send all items and whilst they are extremely efficient there can be some delays. Please be assured that we solve all problems. Please contact us after 1 week to give it a chance to arrive. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel would have been sent there for you to collect. If it is not collected and returned to us, we will require a postage payment to re-send your item. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for International customers) it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement.
REFUNDS – We offer a no quibble, hassle free returns policy on all items. Please just send us a return requestvia our contact form . You will be provided within a full return address and instructions. To help us process your refund quickly, please could you include your Order ID and a brief message.
EXCHANGES – We are currently in the process of making shopping with us that little bit easier and are adding sizing guides to all items. In the meantime, if you would like any measurements, please ask. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please drop us a message through our contact form and we will send you our return address. We just ask that customers cover all p&p costs. Please remember to include your Order ID in with your parcel along with your unworn item. Please note that we recommend that you send your item via Recorded delivery so you can track its whereabouts at all times. Please also note that we require all items to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund. Thanks x
