 What is Your Refund Policy?


We very much hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if in the unlikely event, your purchase is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing:

  1. It is in original undamaged packaging with all tags intact.
  2. The product is in the same condition as how you received it – clean and free from hairs, fluff, deodorant/make-up marks, and odour.
  3. We are notified within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return.
  4. Item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  5. Please include your name and order number 

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. Returns not meeting the above criteria will be returned to sender, and you will be charged the delivery fee. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and we request that you return goods using a tracked service. We reserve the right to deduct 20% of the refund amount to cover any cleaning or re-processing charges incurred in the event of a return which does not conform to point 2 above.

In the very unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty upon arrival, damaged or if the wrong item has been sent, please contact us via email first and we will issue Free return instructions and if found to be faulty, we will refund you in full, pending an inspection of the item in question. Any item damaged after have been worn or washed will not qualify for a refund, unless deemed to be a manufacturing fault where a repair or replacement may be  offered.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 30 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the postage for the item(s).

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, Faulty item or you have been short delivered on an item from your order, we must be notified within 5 days of you receiving your order so that we can check stocks and confirm shortage. We are unable to refund/exchange any item outside of this timescale. 


How do I return an item?


Please re-package your order, ideally in the original packaging where possible. Please also include your order number and name and complete the RETURNS FORM that was enclosed with your order. PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to accept returns on earrings

Please note we are unable to provide more than one free returns label per order. Customers can of course return further items subject to our T&Cs but must cover return postage. 

IMPORTANT - Please ensure that you ask for a proof of postage receipt for your return as without this we are unable to refund in the case of a lost parcel. Please note if you choose to pay for a returned parcel using another service, we are unable to refund the cost. If you do not have a printer, you can get a QR Code when you generate a return and present on a smart phone at the post office, where they will print the label. Depending on your local service, you can also arrange for collection (Charges may apply). 

*Only Orders Placed On our UK website qualify for FREE RETURNS. Please note our FREE RETURNS service is only available for orders of 10 items (or 5 coats) or less as a result of Royal Mail weight limits. For Customers wishing to return More than 10 items, we recommend using a carrier service such and ParcelForce, UPS or DPD.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - we are unable to offer free international returns however we are happy to accept returns from outside of the UK, subject to the same T&Cs as above. We recommend sending returns via a tracked service to the address below :

We are more than happy to offer an exchange service if you require another size or style. In this instance please follow the guidelines for a refund, but please also include a brief note outlining the exchange required and £3 (cash or cheque payable to KNH Designs Ltd) to cover Postage & packaging costs. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of postage as we offer free returns. We will do our best to action exchanges within 1-3 days of receipt and will dispatch via our FIRST CLASS Postage service and will email you to let you know the status of your exchange.If you prefer you can of course purchase the required exchange size and return the original for a refund.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for overseas customers, however you can order the replacement and return original for a refund - that way we can get the replacement to you quicker.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS of the goods being received back into the warehouse. We are unable to check tracking for your return however the tracking number will have been supplied when you printed the label so please check this for the date that we received the return back into our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund. PLEASE NOTE REFUND WILL SHOW ON YOUR STATEMENT FROM “KNH DESIGNS LTD”
