All Standard orders will be sent via our Tracked postage service, at a cost of £3.99. Orders will be dispatched via ROYAL MAIL's Tracked Service with delivery expected within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment, with fully tracked service including email and text notifications. Delivery time is usually within 2-3 working days to arrive after the confirmed dispatch date.
If you do require your fab new purchase even sooner than this we also offer a NEXT DAY GUARANTEED service for £7.99 (Orders Up To £149.99) For orders to the value of £150 + this service starts from £12.99 up to £19.99 for orders over £1000. This is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day providing order is placed before 1pm. (Please note this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday and does not include Bank Holidays). Although we cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries, we do find that 90+ % arrive on the Saturday. A SIGNATURE Is required for our NEXT DAY service. Failure to sign will mean the item being returned to the sorting office for collection.
PLEASE NOTE - we are unable to ammend addresses once order is placed. Orders are dispatched usually on the day of order so please ensure all details are correct at time of order.
We use Royal Mail to send all items. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. Please be assured that we solve all problems as quickly as possible for you. Please contact us after 1 week to give it a chance to arrive. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel would have been sent there for you to collect. If a delivery has been attempted please contact Royal mail to re-arrange delivery. PLEASE NOTE – We are unable to contact Royal mail on your behalf and can only refund after the package is returned to us if not collected. If it is not collected and returned to us, we will require a postage payment to re-send your item. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for International customers) it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement.

UPDATE MAY 2026 - After our wonderful customers have been asking and asking, we can now finally provide a FULLY PAID service to all EU member countries. We now ship to the EU with all taxes included on orders under €150 — so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives. There is no DUTY payable on orders below €150 (£135) and taxes are calculated at checkout, depending on your Country's tax rate. THERE WILL BE NOTHING TO PAY WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AND NO MORE DELAYS AT CUSTOMS!! :)

EUROPE – Shipping costs start from £9.99 for a FULLY TRACKED SERVICE. Expected approximate delivery is 2-5 working days after receiving cleared payment. Orders below €150 will arrive with no other taxes or duties to pay.
USA - Shipping costs start from £14.99 for a FULLY TRACKED SERVICE. Delivery is usually within 3-4 days after order. Duties are paid in advance so your parcel will arrive with no further costs to you.
REST OF THE WORLD – Shipping costs start FROM just £14.99 and will be a FULLY TRACKED SERVICE (Where Available) and expected delivery is 6-12 working days after receiving cleared payment, depending on location. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery schedule if required. We are not liable for any tax or customs charges depending on your country of origin. You wont be charged any domestic UK taxes on your purchase.
