When you actively subscribe to our email newsletter, we will add you to our database and update you with promotions, new ranges and any other VIP promotional material. We will never pass this information onto any third parties and the information will be stored safely and securely.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 3a - GDPR - As per the recent GDPR legislation that comes into effect in May 2018, we will ensure that your information is securely stored and that we have your full approval for sending marketing information. We will also ensure that your information is not disclosed to any third party (apart from those mentioned in section 5). All internal Apps that we use are fully vetted by us and are fully GDPR compliant. If at anytime you would like us to delete your data that we have stored securely, please just email us and we will do so for you - but we hope you don’t as we won’t be able to send you updates on our very special offers!!
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our customers and visitors.
The information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact information collected will be contact details - None of which will be passed onto third parties and all of which is securely stored. All payment information is processed through Shopify Payments or Paypal (depending On customer selection) and is fully secure.
When visitors use the website, information such as the ISP's domain, the time accessed and the pages visited will be stored by us. This is to analyse the web traffic and improve content of the site.
Any personal information contained within customer's websites and online shops is their own responsibility. We have taken security measures to ensure that our customers are protected against loss, alteration or misuse.
