STANDARD TRACKED POST (3-5 days)  - £2.99 PER ORDER (up to a total value of £499.99)

NEXT DAY GUARANTEED SERVICE (Order Before 1pm Weekdays Exc Bank Holidays) - From £7.99 PER ORDER

Orders totaling over £499.99 will be sent via our next day delivery service only - £12.99

 

PLEASE NOTE - We dispatch MONDAY - FRIDAY excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received before 1pm will usually be dispatched  on the day of order.

Our STANDARD Tracked postage service is £2.99. Orders will be dispatched via SECOND class delivery within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment, with fullt tracked service including email and text notifications. This service generally takes 3-4 working days to arrive after the confirmed dispatch date. 

For a speedier service we also offer an EXPRESS Tracked Delivery Service for just £4.99. (Please note this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday and does not include Bank Holidays). This is a Fully Tracked Delivery system with email and text notifications and should arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch (can take up to 3 days in exceptionally circumstances).

If you do require your fab new purchase even sooner than this we also offer a NEXT DAY GUARANTEED service for £7.99 (Orders Up To £149.99) For orders to the value of £150 + this service is £12.99. This is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day providing order is placed before 1pm. (Please note this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday and does not include Bank Holidays). Although we cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries, we do find that 90+ % arrive on the Saturday.  A SIGNATURE Is required for our NEXT DAY service. Failure to sign will mean the item being returned to the sorting office for collection.

PLEASE NOTE - we are unable to ammend addresses once order is placed. 

We use Royal Mail to send all items. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. Please be assured that we solve all problems as quickly as possible for you. Please contact us after 1 week to give it a chance to arrive. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel would have been sent there for you to collect. If a delivery has been attempted please contact Royal mail to re-arrange delivery. PLEASE NOTE – We are unable to contact Royal mail on your behalf and can only refund after the package is returned to us if not collected. If it is not collected and returned to us, we will require a postage payment to re-send your item. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for International customers) it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement.

 

International Customers

BREXIT UPDATE - Commercial goods sent to the EU with a value between €10* and €150 may be subject to import VAT & Customs Charges and may incur a handling fee in the receiving country. We recommend checking with your countries Revenues Department to confirm. International Orders Will Be LIMITED To £149.99 To Avoid Any Further VAT/Customs Charges.  We are currently working with Customs & Excise To mitigate the need for these charges and will update our system asap. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND ANY ADDITIONAL VAT/CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLIED AT THIS STAGE.

EUROPE – Shipping costs start from £6.99. Expected approximate delivery is 3-7 working days after receiving cleared payment.

REST OF THE WORLD – Shipping costs start FROM just £9.99 and expected delivery is 8-25 working days after receiving cleared payment, depending on location. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery schedule if required.

All international orders over the value of £50 are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked Service. You will be emailed the tracking number after dispatch. Please contact us if you have any queries relating to your delivery.
